1. SPONSOR: Backyard Discovery.  This sweepstakes is not affiliated with or endorsed by Facebook.
   
   
2. PRIZE: One (1) Saxony Grill Gazebo.  Shipping included.  Taxes and fees included.  Assembly not included.
   
   
3. VALUE: Gazebo (including shipping) valued at $1,199.
   
   
4. ELIGIBILITY: Entrants must be at least 18 years old and live in the United States. Employees of Backyard Discovery, their families, agents and representatives are not eligible for the sweepstakes.
   
   
5. PARTICIPATION AND ENTRY: To participate an entrant must follow the instructions provided in the Facebook giveaway post on Facebook.com/BackyardDiscovery.  This includes commenting on the post. All qualified entries will be deemed valid entries. One entry per person. Multiple comments from the same user will be counted as one entry. Winners will be selected at random. No purchase is necessary to enter this sweepstakes.  Note: Facebook is a free app, and signing up for an account is free.  If a prospective entrant does not have access to a smartphone or Internet, entrant can use a public library’s computer and free Internet to sign up for a Facebook account and enter the sweepstakes by navigating to the post via facebook.com/backyarddiscovery.
   
   
6. SHIPPING: All items will be shipped to the sweepstakes winner by June 18, 2023. Arrangements for delivery of prize(s) will be made after winner validation.
   
   
7. DURATION: The sweepstakes will start on June 1, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. CST and close on June 8, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. CST.
   
   
8. WINNERS AND SELECTION: There will be a total of one (1) selected winner. The selected winner will be notified by the end of the business day June 8, 2023 via Facebook comment reply. The selected winner will have 48 hours to respond via Facebook message before alternate winner(s) will be selected. The alternate winner(s) will be notified in the same manner and have the same amount of time to respond. Once a winner has been verified, Backyard Discovery will comment on the original giveaway post announcing the winner.
   
   
9. By participating, you grant permission to Backyard Discovery to share and use your name and any content submitted with your entry.
   
   
10. TAXES: Income and other taxes, if any, on the value of the prize are the sole responsibility of the Winner. If required by law, Sponsor will issue a Form 1099 to the Winner for the approximate retail value of the prize. All federal, state and local taxes, and all other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize(s), are the sole responsibility of the winner(s).
    
    
11. By participating, all entrants acknowledge and agree that they have entered the sweepstakes of their own free will, that the full rules and details of the contest have been made available to them in writing and they therefore understand and agree that neither Backyard Discovery, nor their agents, affiliates, sponsors, representatives or employees have any liability with respect to any damages out of acceptance and use of a prize. By entering this promotion, participants agree to be bound by these rules.
